Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders above €100 to the EU and €120 outside of the EU.

We ship worldwide.

Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 1-3 business days excluding weekends.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive. In case you need to change your shipping address, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order by reaching out to our Customer Support team at hello@herbarofficial.com.

We are not able to adjust and/or cancel orders after that. For additional information, please reach out to hello@herbarofficial.com. 

Any lost package is the responsibility of the postal service. Herbar is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from the postal services. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact your countries postal service and email us on hello@herbarofficial.com and we’ll help you as well as we possibly can.

-Shipping Confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. You can click on the link “View you order” to track it at any time.

The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us on hello@herbarofficial.com.

-Report Other Problem

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please email us on hello@herbarofficial.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

RETURNS

We accept returns on new, unopened Herbar products. Simply return the item within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Our customer care representatives are here to assist and happy to answer any questions you may have before or after purchase. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and your skin. We want to make your life better and easier like adaptogens do. Please contact hello@herbarofficial.com for assistance.

If at any time within 30 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, we would be more than happy to process a return for you. 
To receive a full refund to your original form of payment,

Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:
The products are damaged or defective
The products are in the same condition that you received them
The products are unopened
The products were purchased directly through herbarofficial.com
The products are returned within a 14 day period from receipt

If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email hello@herbarofficial.com to co-ordinate with our team.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

If you buy Herbar products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.

If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who purchased the goods, via the original payment method. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.
