How do I incorporate the face oil into my routine?

Simple. Our mushroomy Face Oil that has the multi-beneficial activity and performance of a serum. Deep moisture meets flash absorption in this skin calming, velvety and moisturizing blend. The potent yet lightweight multi-tasking blend full of extracts and active botanicals leaves the skin visibly hydrated, nourished and glowing from within. Because of this, we recommend keeping a simple routine. For am and pm—cleanse, apply the Face Oil with Pat/Press, and If needed follow with moisturizer (pm) and never forget sun protection (am.)

Can I use the face oil with other products?

Yes! Our mushroomy Face Oil will give you all its love but your skin needs some extra TLC.

Are you cruelty free?

Of course, Herbar believes that great skincare should not come at a cost to our planet, animals and bodies. We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.

Are you vegan?

Yes! We are vegan. Fauna, Flora and Fungi!

Do you use essential oils in your products?

No! Our naturally scented formulas are free from any fragrance. Everything you need and nothing you don’t.

How do I properly store Herbar products?

Tightly close all lids and caps after opening. Our bottles are already superstars at protecting the formulas from enviornmental oxidation so do not worry too much.

Whats the shelf life of the Face Oil?

Once opened, it has a shelf life of 12 months.

Can I use the products while pregnant?

We recommend that you consult your healthcare professional before using or consuming our products if you are pregnant or nursing.

There is currently not enough research available to conclude mushroom and adaptogenic extracts are safe or not safe while pregnant or breastfeeding women.

During pregnancy/nursing it is important to use caution and listen to your practitioner when consuming strong natural herbs, adaptogens and mushrooms.

What's the shelf life of your products?

The Skin Pearls have a shelf life of two years.
The Gua-Shroom is forever.

How long does it take to see results?

With our Face Oil results come quicker, the general rule of thumb is 2 weeks of consistent use at the recommended dosage

Shipping & returns

Will I receive tracking information?

Our processes orders typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.You can always click the link on your receipt that says "View Order" to track it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most international countries including Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Central & South America. Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes of the destination country. Please refer to THE STOCKISTS to see a list of where we are being sold around the world.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes when shipping internationally?

We try hard to make everybody happy but we are not a reishi mushroom. Unfortunately we can not be responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your country’s local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We want the whole world to experience the fungi and adaptogenic power. However, when shipping globally taxes and duties might occur, these are paid by the customer.

What is your return and refund policy?

Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:
The products are damaged or defective
The products are in the same condition that you received them
The products are unopened
The products were purchased directly through
The products are returned within a 14 day period from receipt

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Refunds, replacements, and exchanges can only be provided under the following conditions:

-The products exhibit damage or defects.
-The products remain in the same condition as when received.
-The products remain unopened.
-The products were initially purchased directly from our website.
-The products are returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returning an order and ensuring the safe arrival of the goods. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, however that's up to you.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt of your returned item and the approval status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

Can I return a gift?

If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who purchased the goods, via the original payment method.
Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.
